This page explains what personal data tomcestyling.com collects, why, how long it is kept, and what you can ask for. The site is kept simple on purpose: it has no cookies, no tracking and no analytics.

02What we collect and why
Booking form. First and last name, email address, the service you are interested in, an optional date and your message. This is used only to reply to you and arrange a discovery call or a project. The legal basis is your consent, given with the checkbox, and the steps you ask for before a possible agreement.
Leave a note form. Your name, an optional city or company, what we worked on together and your note. This is used to publish your note on this site, but only after you give permission with the checkbox and only after Tomce approves it. The legal basis is your consent.
Email. If you write to tomcestyling@gmail.com directly, your email and what you send are used to answer you.
Technical data. When you visit, the hosting provider briefly processes your IP address and browser details so the page can be delivered and protected against abuse. The site itself does not store or analyse this.
We never sell your data and never use it for advertising.
03Who else handles it
- Netlify, Inc. (USA) hosts the website and stores form submissions. Netlify processes this data on our behalf under its data processing agreement, which includes the safeguards required for transfers outside Europe.
- Google (Gmail) is used to reply to your enquiry by email.
Fonts and all other files are served from this website itself, so no data is sent to font or analytics services.
04How long we keep it
- Enquiries: up to 12 months after our last contact. If we work together, project and invoice details are kept for as long as the law requires.
- Published notes: for as long as they are shown on the site. Ask any time and your note is removed.
05Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how it is used, object to its use, or receive a copy. You can withdraw your consent at any time, for example to have your note taken down. Withdrawing does not affect anything done before.
Send your request to tomcestyling@gmail.com. You will get an answer within one month.
If you think your data is handled wrongly, you can complain to the Agency for Personal Data Protection of North Macedonia (azlp.mk), or to the data protection authority in the EU country where you live.
06Photos on this site
The photos show models and clients from shoots and shows styled by Tomce, published with their permission. If you appear in a photo and want it removed, write to the address above and it will be taken down.
07Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date at the top.
